Coupon Issuance
Once the qualifying threshold has been reached and verified,Kalahi FMA Gear will issue the applicable 20% Reseller Discount Coupon.
Coupon Redemption
The coupon may be used to receive a 20% discount on eligible Kalahi FMA Gear products included in the order for which the coupon is redeemed.
Shipping and additional charges
The 20% coupon applies to eligible products purchases only. Shipping fees, freight charges, custom duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and other additional charges are excluded unless otherwise specified in writing.
No cash value
Reseller discount coupons have no cash value and cannot be exchange for cash, refunded, or converted into cash payment.
Coupon Transfer
Coupons are issued specifically to the approved reseller partner and maybe not be sold ,transferred,shared or assigned to unauthorized individuals or businesses without written authorization from Kalahi FMA Gear.
Coupon Expiration
Each coupon may have an expiration date determined by Kalahi FMA Gear. Expired coupons cannot be redeemed unless an extension is granted in writing.
One Coupon per Order
Unless otherwise stated by Kalahi FMA Gear,only one Reseller Discount Coupon may be applied to a single order. Coupons may not be combined with other reseller coupons ,promotions or discounts.
Product Eligibility
Kalahi FMA Gear may specify which products are eligible for coupon redemption .Certain products ,special orders,promotional items or already discounted products may be excluded.
No automatic 20% Pricing
The reseller partner does not automatically receive a permanent 20% reduction on all purchases. The 20% benefit is provided through Reseller Discount Coupons issued after meeting the program qualification requirements.
Resale Responsibility
Resellers are responsible for marketing, selling and distributing Kalahi FMA Gear products in compliance with all applicable local laws ,regulations, marketplace policies and consumer protection standards.
Pricing
Resellers may set their own retail pricing. However, Kalahi FMA Gear may provide recommended retail pricing and promotional guidelines to support consistent brand positioning.
Brand Representation
Resellers agree to represent Kalahi FMA Gear and its products accurately and professionally. Misleading, false, or unauthorized claims are strictly prohibited.
Use of Brand Materials
Kalahi FMA Gear may provide approved marketing materials,including product images,logos, descriptions and videos . These materials may not be altered or used in a manner that misrepresents or harms the brand.
Product Authenticity
Resellers may only sell genuine kalahi FMA Gear products sourced directly from Kalahi FMA Gear or authorized distributors.
Orders and Payment
All orders are subject to product availability, payment confirmation,production schedules, and agreed shipping arrangements.
Shipping and Import charges
Unless otherwise stated in writing the seller is responsible for all shipping costs,customs duties, import taxes,brokerage fees, and other applicable charges in the destination country.
No guarantee of exclusivity
Reseller status does not grant territorial or market exclusivity unless
explicitly stated in a separate written agreement.
Account status
Kalahi FMA Gear reserves the right to suspend or terminate reseller privileges in cases of fraud, misuse of branding, unauthorized sales practices,non payment,coupon abuse or any conduct that may harm the brand.
Program Changes
Kalahi FMA Gear may update or modify program terms,coupon structures,qualification requirements, product eligibility, and redemption conditions at any time. Existing partners will be notified of significant changes when applicable.
Acceptance of Terms
By submitting this application , the applicant confirms that all information provided is accurate and agrees to comply with the Kalahi FMA Gear Afiliate and Reseller Partner Terms and Conditions.
